15 Years Later: Ranking the Top Wii Sports Resort Games

Games provide players with an escape, a way to relax and have fun. For the past 15 years, millions of players have found themselves immersed in the world of Wii Sports Resort, engaging in activities like table tennis and basketball on the tropical Wuhu Island. This compilation of games has kept fans entertained through competitions, speedrunning, and content creation.

We reached out to dedicated players like Benson44, who constantly push themselves to achieve new high scores, and asked them to rank the game modes of Wii Sports Resort from worst to best. By combining the advice from these players, we have created a list of 12 ideal game modes. We merged frisbee and disc golf and grouped smaller modes under the main categories to streamline the catalog.

To determine the rankings, we gathered input from six different lists created by long-time fans.
