The first race runs of the day at Val di Sole presented challenging conditions for the world’s best Junior racers, with the steep terrain leading to some wild moments in the finals. Eliana Hulsebosch had an intense run with a few close calls, ultimately finishing over ten seconds ahead of the second-place rider. She dominated the junior women’s field, leading from the second split and building a massive 10.7-second lead against Sacha Earnest by the finish line. Erice Van Leuven rounded out the top three, finishing 15 seconds behind in third place.
In the Junior Men category, Max Alran showcased his skill by winning back-to-back World Cup races. He pulled ahead of Asa Vermette by just over two seconds, securing another fastest finals run and leading the race through every split. Mylann Falquet joined him on the podium, finishing 4.1 seconds back in third place.
