Uefa has chosen Budapest’s Puskas Arena as the venue for the 2026 Champions League final, following a meeting of its executive committee in Dublin. This 67,215-capacity stadium, home to the Hungary national team, previously hosted the Europa League final last season between Sevilla and Roma. It also saw action during Euro 2020, hosting four matches.

In a separate decision, Uefa has postponed the selection of the host venue for the 2027 final until September. This delay is to gather more information from the Italian Football Federation regarding renovation plans for Milan’s San Siro stadium. The 2026 Women’s Champions League final will be held at Oslo’s Ullevaal Stadion in Norway.

The 2026 Europa League and 2027 Europa Conference League finals will take place at Besiktas Park in Istanbul, Turkey. Additionally, Germany will host two finals – the 2026 Europa Conference League final at Leipzig’s RB Arena and the 2027 Europa League final at Stadion Frankfurt.

This year, the men’s Champions League final between Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund will be held at Wembley Stadium on June 1st, while the women’s final between Barcelona and Lyon will take place at San Mames Stadium in Bilbao, Spain on May 25th. Uefa will be opening a new bidding process for the host venue of the 2027 Women’s Champions League final as Stuttgart’s bid was not considered due to Germany already being awarded finals for 2026 and 2027.
