665 real estate sales in Dubai amount to AED 1.7 billion

Real estate transactions in the Dubai market reached approximately 2.6 billion dirhams on Wednesday, resulting from 874 procedures, according to data from Dubai REST. The value of sales totaled AED 1.68 billion from 665 transactions, with the highest value transactions occurring in the Palm Jumeirah area at AED 143 million through 11 transactions. This was followed by Airport City with around AED 107 million from 23 transactions, and Business Bay with AED 87 million from 46 transactions.

Mortgages also played a significant role in the market, amounting to AED 691 million from 158 procedures. Palm Jumeirah led in mortgage value with AED 156 million from 6 procedures, followed by Al Quoz Industrial 3 at AED 105 million from one procedure, and Al Quoz 3 at about AED 94 million from one procedure. Donations reached 229 million dirhams through 51 transactions, with Al Quoz 3, Al Barari, and Palm Jumeirah leading in donation values.
