7 Foods that Help Fight Cancer

Tomatoes, vegetables, berries, apples, pears, onions, and garlic are all rich in antioxidants that can help prevent various types of cancer. On the other hand, processed foods, air pollution, cigarette smoke, alcohol, and chemicals can contribute to the development of cancer. Eating certain foods can boost immunity and increase the number of anti-cancer cells in the body, which helps in preventing disease.

Onions and garlic contain antioxidants and organic sulfur compounds that inhibit cancer cell proliferation and protect cells from oxidative damage. Incorporating herbs and spices into your diet can also help reduce the risk of certain diseases, thanks to their plant compounds that fight cancer.
