A Jewish Woman in Paris Suburb Kidnapped and Raped: Seeking Retribution for Palestine

In the suburbs of Paris, specifically in Gennevilliers, a 32-year-old local resident held a Jewish woman against her will in his apartment. The suspect, motivated by nationalism, threatened to kill the woman to “avenge Palestine.” Investigators revealed that the man met his victim just last week and lured her to his home, where he refused to let her leave. He confiscated her mobile phone and sent threatening messages to her mother and ex-boyfriend, insinuating he would harm her. The criminal also mentioned his intentions to avenge Palestine to his ex-wife.

Reports from Le Parisien state that on Sunday morning, the woman managed to contact her mother for help using her cell phone. The French National Police Special Forces (BRI) then tracked the phone’s location, leading to the woman’s release by midday. The Nanterre law enforcement authorities disclosed that the kidnapper is set to appear in court on June 21st, where he will face charges of kidnapping, unlawful confinement, rape, and attempted murder. Investigations indicated that the perpetrator struggles with drug addiction.
