New York-based Marcum Technology, a provider of technology services and solutions under the IPA 100 firm Marcum with FY22 net revenue of $1.3 billion, has announced its acquisition of the IT enhanced managed services division of IPA 100 firm CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen LLP) with FY22 net revenue of 1.7 million. The acquisition was finalized on June 1, and the former CLA team, led by Tim McFarland, VP of managed IT services, will now be part of Marcum Technology.
