The prices of fireworks have significantly increased in recent years, leading to a strain on people’s budgets. However, a business in Little Rock is working to provide some relief by offering lower-cost fireworks ahead of the Fourth of July holiday. Due to a spike in ocean shipping rates for fireworks, the owners of AR Firework Warehouse had to raise their prices. This was particularly challenging last year when costs were at an all-time high.

Owner Caemeron Bitzer mentioned that the pricing of their products is based on their own costs, making it difficult to keep prices low when shipping rates are soaring. However, this year has seen a significant change, with prices being much lower compared to the previous two years. This decrease in prices has benefitted customers, with one buyer mentioning that prices were about 15% less compared to previous years.

The business aims to keep customers happy by offering competitive prices, with the lowest-priced fireworks starting at $8.99. This is $10 less than the prices seen in the last two years. The owners have been in the business for 12 years and believe that lower shipping costs are crucial in providing better deals for customers. They hope that prices remain low and that they can continue to offer affordable fireworks to their customers.
