A newly released trailer provides a glimpse of Agent Smith’s gameplay, showcasing his swift and accurate combat skills. He will be added to the game’s roster on July 8 as part of Season 1: Villains & Cabarets. Agent Smith is depicted as a Bruiser-class character, designed to embody his role as the enforcer of the Matrix.
Known for his relentless pursuit of Neo and his allies, Agent Smith excels in close-quarters combat and is armed with deadly accuracy in firearms. One of his unique abilities is the power to teleport during battles, allowing him to quickly close the distance between himself and his opponents. Furthermore, he can summon another Agent to aid him in combat, enhancing his already formidable presence on the battlefield.
To celebrate the addition of Agent Smith to MultiVersus, the game is hosting the “Break the Rifts, Get Agent Smith for Free” event. Beginning July 8, players can participate in this challenge in PvE mode, facing various bosses to earn rewards and unlock Agent Smith as a playable fighter at no cost. This event is designed to offer players an extra layer of challenge and enjoyment, encouraging them to explore the vast universe of MultiVersus further.
