Morehead State University’s radiologic science program is celebrating the success of its Spring 2024 graduates who passed their national credentialing exam on the first attempt. All 24 members of the cohort were able to successfully pass the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) exam, indicating the program’s effectiveness in preparing students for career success.

According to Jeffrey Fannin, the director of the radiologic science program at MSU, the success of the Spring 2024 cohort demonstrates the strength of the program’s curriculum, faculty, clinical agencies, and selective admission processes. Fannin believes that these factors contribute to producing outstanding program outcomes, such as the high passage rate on the national registry exam. He emphasizes that the strong program effectiveness data at MSU sets the program apart from other competitive programs.

MSU offers both associate and bachelor’s degrees in imaging sciences, as well as an online Leadership in Medical Imaging program. These programs provide students with the flexibility to earn a degree at their own pace.
