Apple to Introduce ‘Made for Business’ Sessions at Retail Locations in February

Apple is starting a new Today at Apple series in May at its retail stores, focusing on small business owners and entrepreneurs. These sessions will provide free opportunities for attendees to learn how Apple products and services can benefit their growth and success. The “Made for Business” sessions will be led by small business owners who will share how they have used iPhone, iPad, and Mac to build their businesses, reach customers in new ways, and advance their organizations. The sessions will also cover topics like Apple Business Connect, Apple Business Essentials, and Tap to Pay on iPhone.

The Today at Apple series will kick off during National Small Business Week in the U.S., offering six “Made for Business” sessions throughout May in cities like Chicago, Miami, New York, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C. There will be ongoing programming in select stores worldwide throughout the year. These sessions will be led by small business owners with diverse and unique stories, showcasing how Apple products and services have driven their businesses’ success.

Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s senior vice president of Retail, stated that Apple recognizes the importance of small businesses in local communities. Apple constantly innovates to support small businesses at every stage of their growth. Retail stores offer exclusive experiences like community and education sessions, free Today at Apple programming, and in-store experts who provide ongoing support to help small businesses find the right technology for their work.
