The owners of a well-known honky-tonk in downtown Nashville spoke with News 2 about a recent attack on their doorman, describing the incident as “ungodly.” The assault took place at Robert’s Western World on Thursday, June 20 around 10:35 p.m. It was captured on surveillance camera footage and witnessed by an onlooker outside the establishment. The owners reported that the guard was assaulted after denying entry to a group of four men who exhibited signs of obvious intoxication and disruptive behavior.
