‘B&B Plumbing Day’ on May 18th: A Celebration of B&B Plumbing & Heating’s 25th Anniversary

B&B Plumbing and Heating celebrated its 25th anniversary on Thursday at a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce. B&B is a locally owned plumbing, heating, and cooling company that has been serving Saratoga Springs for a quarter of a century. Co-owner BJ Kozlowski emphasized the company’s local roots, saying it makes sense to be recognized by the community.

Kozlowski explained that B&B started with the aim of serving local towns, which is reflected in the quality of their service. Mr. Snyder, representatives from the offices of Sen. Jim Tedisco and Rep. Carrie Warner, and members of the Bill Benton Foundation were present at the ceremony. Benton was one of the founders of B&B and died in 2021.

The Bill Benton Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in his memory that aims to help individuals in areas such as tuition, tools, certifications, and licenses. Mr. Sanvi gave a speech and introduced the city’s declaration that May 18 is “B&B Plumbing Day”. Sanvi emphasized the importance of small businesses to the community and the quality of service that keeps the city and community running and alive.

B&B was founded in 1998 by Sonny Bonacio and Benton. Kozlowski joined the company in 2012 and is now co-owner with Bonacio. Kozlowski expressed his gratitude for the milestone celebration and explained that the company has endured heartbreak but has remained strong.

He shared that he began working in the industry at the age of 16 and that joining the partnership with Bonacio and Benton was a great opportunity for him to do what he loves every day. B&B Plumbing is located at Unit A, 25 Station Avenue, Saratoga Springs.
