Bill Webner has been appointed as the CEO of the public sector business at Summit Technology Group, which is a portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital. He expressed excitement about working with Federal clients to transform and modernize loans and grants platforms using STG’s commercial banking and cloud-based solutions. Webner has a background in building and growing public sector management and technology consulting businesses, with previous experience as the board chair, CEO, and president of Capgemini Government Solutions. Prior to that, he held executive positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, focusing on federal finance, health, and transportation.

Together, they aim to expand their software platforms to address the government’s regulatory needs, including identity verification, fraud management, loan servicing, and process automation.
