Theresia and Ahlden Maroney, the co-founders of “Boarding Pass Eats,” a meal prep business in Fresno, California, are passionate about bringing a taste of the world to the Central Valley. Inspired by their love for food and travel, they aim to introduce diverse flavors to their community. Growing up in a family of chefs, they have a deep-rooted appreciation for cooking and international cuisine.

The siblings launched their meal prep service, Boarding Pass Eats, in April of this year. Drawing from their culinary background, Theresia and Ahlden create unique dishes that cater to different tastes and dietary preferences. Their online platform allows customers to select from a variety of meals and customize their order based on their needs.

With a focus on quality and presentation, Boarding Pass Eats offers a range of delicious and visually appealing dishes. From curry coconut chicken to other international delicacies, their menu is updated weekly with new options. Customers can choose from three, five, seven, or ten-day meal plans and have their orders delivered or picked up by appointment in the Fresno/Clovis area.

In the kitchen, Theresia takes charge of cooking, while Ahlden manages tasks like dishwashing, meal packing, and vegetable preparation. Their teamwork ensures that each meal is prepared with care and attention to detail. By combining their culinary skills and passion for food, the Maroney siblings have created a business that brings a world of flavors to the local community.

Through Boarding Pass Eats, Theresia and Ahlden hope to show that cultural dishes can be both flavorful and nutritious. They believe that food should not only taste good but also look appealing. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, they continue to expand their menu and reach more customers in the Central Valley.
