The Trumbull Health Department, as part of the Health Improvement Alliance (HIA), is collaborating with partners to administer the DataHaven Community-Based Assets and Needs Survey (CBANS) to residents in the local area. The HIA was established in 2003 to address the health needs of Greater Bridgeport, which includes several surrounding areas such as Bridgeport, Easton, Fairfield, Milford, Monroe, Stratford, and Trumbull.
The purpose of this voluntary survey is to gain insight into the quality of life and key issues affecting individuals in our community. Your feedback will be essential in guiding enhancements to programs and services in our region, and will assist organizations in determining where to focus their efforts and resources. The survey is quick and should only take about 5 minutes to complete. Rest assured, all responses will remain anonymous and confidential.
For any inquiries, you can reach out to info@ctdatahaven.org. To further explore the work of HIA, visit www.hia-ct.org. Your participation in the survey is greatly appreciated and will contribute to the betterment of our community.
