Bright MLS and SentriLock have recently announced a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing showing service technologies. Through this collaboration, SentriLock will provide its showing service platform to Bright subscribers and integrate REalchemy’s Showing Hub. The companies plan to bring this new product to market in late fall 2024.
Brian Donnellan, Bright MLS President and CEO, expressed excitement about the agreement with SentriLock, emphasizing the importance of subscriber choice and interoperability in the marketplace. This partnership will allow vendors to create better products for users and raise the standard of service in the real estate industry.
Bright MLS is a major multiple listing service covering six Mid-Atlantic states and the District of Columbia, while SentriLock is a leading provider of electronic lock boxes serving approximately 75% of Bright MLS’s markets. Scott Fisher, SentriLock founder and CEO, noted the long-standing partnership between the two companies and the significant advancements in showing service technology this collaboration represents.
In addition to the partnership with SentriLock, Bright MLS recently established a partnership with Collabra Technology, offering subscribers access to digital advertising tools like AdBuilder, SphereIndex, and SphereBuilder.
