Bulls’ Alex Caruso named to All-Defensive Second Team

The Chicago Bulls have seen success in having a player named to the NBA All-Defensive Team for the second consecutive year, with Alex Caruso earning the honor once again. Alongside Caruso on the Second Team are Jrue Holiday and Derrick White of the Boston Celtics, Jalen Suggs of the Orlando Magic, and Jaden McDaniels of the Minnesota Timberwolves.

On the First Team are elite defenders such as Rudy Gobert of the Minnesota Timberwolves, Victor Wembanyama of the San Antonio Spurs, Bam Adebayo of the Miami Heat, Anthony Davis of the Los Angeles Lakers, and Herb Jones of the New Orleans Pelicans.

Caruso, a key player for the Bulls, has one year remaining on his contract. The team will need to work on securing a new deal with him to avoid losing him in the 2025 offseason. Despite his importance to the team’s success, Caruso has been the subject of trade rumors over the past two seasons.

This achievement highlights Caruso’s defensive prowess and his contributions to the Bulls. This news was first reported by Lonzo Wire.
