A recent incident on a Delta Air Lines flight from New York JFK to Athens has raised concerns about the behavior of business class passengers. One passenger, described as “visibly intoxicated,” was caught engaging in lewd acts and making loud and disturbing noises a few hours into the flight. Despite attempts by other passengers to alert the crew, no action was taken, and the behavior continued for several hours.

A man seated in the row in front of the disruptive passenger tried to inform a flight attendant about the situation, but received no response. He eventually went to the galley and reported the incident, but the crew failed to take any action. The man continued his inappropriate behavior, leaving passengers feeling uncomfortable and unsure of how to react.

A fellow passenger captured video evidence of the disruptive behavior, which showed the man in his early 50s engaged in lewd acts. Upon returning home on a United Airlines flight from Athens to Newark, the same passenger observed no similar behavior from other business class passengers. This incident highlights the importance of proper training for flight attendants to handle disruptive passengers.

Inappropriate behavior on flights is not limited to passengers, as some flight attendants have also been known to engage in questionable activities. Airlines have had to address issues such as passengers watching inflight porn or pilots leaving porn in the cockpit. Incidents like these serve as a reminder of the need for airlines to have clear policies and procedures in place to address inappropriate behavior on flights.
