The difference between a digital and print+digital subscription is that an individual print+digital subscription includes all the online access of a digital-only subscription, as well as a year of weekly print issues of CNYBJ and a print copy of the Book of Lists. This means subscribers can enjoy the convenience of digital content along with physical copies of the publications.
Subscribers who opt for a premium subscription, whether individual or business, gain exclusive access to the CNYBJ Data Center. This resource provides essential data on businesses and nonprofits in the 16-county Central New York region. Premium subscribers can view, search, and download over 50 lists across various industry sectors, all ranked by statistical criterion for easy reference.
Businesses with more than two individuals can benefit from a Business Premium subscription, as it offers cost savings compared to multiple individual subscriptions. With a Business Premium subscription, subscribers receive everything included in an Individual Premium subscription, access to the CNYBJ Data Center, up to five copies of the weekly CNYBJ print edition, and up to five copies of the Book of Lists.
Cancellation requests for subscriptions must be made in writing or sent via email to circulation@cnybj.com. Subscribers should include their full name, complete shipping address, and the reason for the cancellation. Refunds for cancellations made within 8 weeks will be prorated based on the paid amount, retail value of the Book of Lists, and number of served issues. No refunds will be given for cancellations beyond 8 weeks.
For any other questions regarding subscriptions to CNYBJ, individuals can email circulation@cnybj.com or call (315) 579-3927 for assistance.
