This week’s CCX Sports Spotlight features Champlin Park senior midfielder and team captain, Annabelle Johnson. Over her four years as a starter for the Rebels, Johnson has established herself as a top player in the state, excelling in both scoring and all-around performance.
Johnson holds multiple individual records within the Champlin Park girls lacrosse program, including points, assists, groundballs, draw controls, and caused turnovers. Her skill and dedication have set her apart from her peers and made her a key player on the team.
Looking ahead, Annabelle plans to continue her lacrosse career at Northern Michigan next fall, where she will undoubtedly bring her talent and leadership to the college level. Champlin Park High School and the lacrosse community will miss her contributions, but are excited to see her excel at the next level. Stay tuned for more updates on Annabelle Johnson and her impressive lacrosse career.
