In an effort to bring attention to the accomplishments and narratives of women athletes at Clemson University, a groundbreaking initiative has been launched called the “Clemson Women’s Sports Hour.” This radio and audio show, in collaboration with The ROAR (WCCP 105.5 FM in Greenville and 97.5 FM in Spartanburg), will air every Wednesday at 7 p.m. starting on September 13th. It will showcase the student-athletes, coaches, staff, and stories that make Clemson’s women’s athletics programs so vibrant.
The “Clemson Women’s Sports Hour” aims to provide an engaging program that includes exclusive interviews with athletes, game analyses, and a spotlight on the untold stories that shape women’s sports at Clemson. Hosted by Don Munson, the show will feature special guests each week, offering a fresh and insightful perspective on women in sports.

With 13 hours of live and local content broadcasted every weekday from 6AM to 7PM, WCCP is the go-to station for sports enthusiasts in the state. Additionally, WCCP serves as the flagship station for Clemson Athletics, further solidifying their commitment to covering all aspects of Clemson’s sports programs.
