The 37th annual Engineer It! competition is a great opportunity for students in grades 1-12 to earn some spending money for the summer. The Cox Science Center and Aquarium is hosting the competition and is reaching out to students who are interested in participating.
There will be $5,000 in cash and prizes awarded to winners in elementary, middle, and high school categories. This year’s competition challenges students to create an egg container to protect an egg from a three-story fall, build a buoyant boat, and construct a water bottle rocket.
The deadline for registration is April 5th, so be sure not to miss out on this exciting and fast-paced competition. For more information on how to register, visit the competition website.
