Construction of classification in Ajman begins in July

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman will begin the process of classifying buildings in the emirate on the first of next July. This process will continue for a full 3 months through a specialized and qualified work team to closely monitor the readiness of buildings and real estate facilities, and the extent of their compliance with standards and regulations. Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department, confirmed that a matrix of standards has been developed to classify buildings according to international levels and standards.
