Reporting to Claus Spille, head of operations at ContiTech, Baarup brings eight years of experience at Continental in various roles including materials technology, HR, and organizational development. Previously, she served as head of material technology solutions for Continental’s tire business, where she focused on promoting the research and implementation of sustainable materials.
Spille commented on the appointment, stating that Baarup will play a crucial role in further developing the company’s strategic priorities and activities in sustainability.
