The Dallas Cowboys seem to be turning the UFL into their unofficial farm system, with recent signings of former players like Willie Harvey Jr. and Gareon Conley. Additionally, they worked out four more UFL players, including Jonathan Garvin, Derick Roberson, John Lovett, and Wyatt Ray, who happens to be the grandson of jazz music legend Nat King Cole.

Each of these players also brings NFL experience to the table. Garvin played for the Packers from 2020-22, Roberson had stints with the Titans and Texans, Lovett won a Super Bowl with the Chiefs, and Ray has played for several teams like the Titans and Bengals after a standout college career at Boston College.

It’s evident that the Cowboys are looking to bolster their depth at defensive end with these signings, as their current depth chart includes top players like DeMarcus Lawrence and Micah Parsons. Adding players like Harvey Jr. to the team shows the Cowboys’ commitment to building a strong and competitive roster for the upcoming season.
