The Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series is set to make its 100th stop at the Institute of Contemporary Art in Boston on Saturday, where participants will dive from heights of up to 90 feet into Boston Harbor. This event is the only U.S. stop on the series this year, with the finale taking place in Sydney, Australia in November.

Organizers highlight the unique challenge and skill required for cliff diving, as athletes must execute precise movements in mid-air before plunging into potentially cold waters below the art museum. Athletes dedicate themselves to intense training to ensure that every dive is flawless, incorporating leaps, somersaults, twists, and water entries.

The competition will feature two dozen competitors, all vying for crucial championship points based on their final event positions. Practice rounds were held on Friday, with the competitive portion scheduled for early Saturday afternoon. This marks the third consecutive year that the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series has come to Boston, offering a visually stunning experience for the public to witness these extraordinary athletes in action.
