Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster set to be released on Consoles and PC on September 19

Photojournalist Frank West is making a return in the remastered version of Dead Rising, called the Deluxe Remaster. The game is set to launch digitally on September 19, 2024, for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam, with pre-orders currently available. This remastered version utilizes Capcom’s RE Engine to offer a complete reimagining of the 2006 classic, featuring exciting action, over-the-top combat, a wide variety of weapons and costumes, and a humorous storyline.

In Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, players follow Frank West, a freelance photojournalist, as he travels to Willamette, Colorado to investigate unusual happenings in the town. West soon discovers that he is caught in the midst of a zombie outbreak and has only 72 hours to uncover the truth behind the outbreak. The remastered version introduces several new features and gameplay improvements, including up to 4K resolution, a frame rate of 60 FPS, new 3D models for characters, voice acting in nine languages, subtitles in 14 languages, improved NPC behaviors, real-time lighting and shadow effects, more intuitive controls, and a new user interface.

The Deluxe Remaster of Dead Rising promises an enhanced gaming experience for both fans of the original game and newcomers alike. With its updated graphics, gameplay improvements, and new features, this version is sure to provide hours of zombie-filled entertainment for players on various platforms.
