The summer official visit season has come to an end, and the recruiting dead period of July is about to begin. The Wolverines currently have 12 commitments in the 2025 class, leaving about half of the class still to be filled out. As the calendar ticks down, targets will either choose Michigan or look elsewhere for their college choice.
While specific dates are not available for every uncommitted recruit, there are general timelines for most of them. Some notable targets and their announcement dates include Jordon Davison on June 28, Julius Holly on June 29, and Phillip Wright within the next week. Kamar Archie is expected to announce in late June or early July, while Hardy Watts is set for July 1 and Marco Jones on July 2.
Other key targets like JaDon Blair, Andrew Olesh, Derek Meadows, Andrew Marsh, Nathaniel Owusu-Boateng, Jordan Young, and Andrew Babalola are also expected to make decisions in the coming weeks or months. Michigan is in a strong position for many of these players.
