As an IT worker with multiple part-time jobs, she often stayed up late, sometimes until 3 a.m., leading to a disrupted eating schedule.
Thuy began experiencing symptoms such as epigastric pain, belching, heartburn, reflux, loss of appetite, and difficulty sleeping. After seeking medical advice, she was diagnosed with gastritis, HP, and reflux due to her irregular eating habits and late-night activities. Similarly, another woman named Dung, 29 years old, had also suffered weight loss and digestive issues due to skipping breakfast and eating late at night.
Experts emphasized the importance of a balanced and timely diet, including breakfast as an essential meal to kickstart the day.
