INDEX CORP. will be showcasing its high-precision machines at IMTS 2024, booth 339119, including the North American debut of the C200 FANUC, a new variant of its production machining center. The company will also be highlighting the Index iXperience, a comprehensive portfolio of value-added services that offer manufacturers optimized solutions for acquiring, installing, and operating individual machines or turnkey production systems.

The new C200 Fanuc combines Index’s successful production turning center design with a Fanuc control system. Featuring powerful twin spindles for rapid material removal and a patented SingleSlide guide system for fast dynamic response, the machine also includes a third turret for increased productivity and flexibility. Operators can easily switch between spindles to minimize cycle times.

The MS40-8 CNC multi-spindle machine boasts eight motorized spindles, allowing for short cycle times on complex and simple parts alike. It can be configured with dual synchronized spindles to produce two parts with each rotation of the spindle drum. With up to 18 CNC slides and additional Y axes, the machine can perform a variety of processes independently on each spindle.

The TNL20 machine offers shops a versatile solution for Swiss-type machining, with the ability to switch between sliding- and fixed-headstock operation quickly. Featuring a rigid, vibration-damping bed for accuracy, the machine can hold up to four tools simultaneously and accommodate up to 58 tools with its two turrets and double/triple holders. This flexibility allows for the production of a wide range of complex small parts.
