DLH Holdings has secured a contract to provide information technology services for the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), the lead federal agency for supporting research on drug use and addiction. This new contract extends the partnership that began in 2014, and has a total value of approximately $23 million over the base period of one year with four one-year options.
Under this contract, DLH will provide a range of information technology services for NIDA, including managing the operations of an integrated advanced clinical/research informatics series of systems. These systems enable researchers to share data and resources in real time. The company will also be responsible for the research, design, development, and maintenance of clinical and scientific informatics, Intranet applications, and public web pages, as well as IT infrastructure and desktop support. It is important to note that this work will be 100% NIH funded.
This award highlights DLH’s continued commitment to providing high-quality information technology services to support NIDA’s important research efforts.
