A Request for Proposals has been released for Site Operations Support Services 5, which is an 8(a) small business set-aside contract aimed at providing housekeeping and facility operation services in support of the Department of Energy’s National Energy Technology Laboratory. The services required under SOS5 include research and development, general engineering, site operations, property management, industrial hygiene, and waste disposal support. The RFP was posted on SAM.gov on Monday.

The NETL facilities in Oregon, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania will benefit from the solicitation.
