The Eagles have made some changes to Chief Security Officer Dom DiSandro’s title ahead of the 2024 season. He is now also in charge of gameday coaching operations, a new role added to his responsibilities. This addition comes after an incident in last year’s regular season game against the 49ers, where DiSandro was ejected for making contact with 49ers linebacker Dre Greenlaw during a post-play scrum on the Eagles sideline. As a result, he was banned from the sideline for the remainder of the regular season.

In addition to his new gameday coaching operations role, DiSandro also holds the title of Senior Advisor to the General Manager. According to Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer, his new responsibilities include overseeing Nick Sirianni’s coaches during game days. This move is likely aimed at preventing any future disciplinary actions if a similar situation were to occur again.

The Eagles have announced several other changes and hires within their football operations and scouting departments. This includes promoting Adam Berry to Vice President of Football Operations and Strategy. Berry, who is the brother of Browns General Manager Andrew Berry, will now play a key role in shaping the team’s strategy and operations moving forward.
