The Eagles have made changes to the title of their chief security officer, Dom DiSandro, ahead of the 2024 season. DiSandro will now also be in charge of gameday coaching operations for the team. This decision comes after an incident during a game against the 49ers last year, where DiSandro was ejected for making contact with a player.

Following the incident, DiSandro was not allowed on the sideline for the remainder of the regular season. With his new title, he will be overseeing Nick Sirianni’s coaches on game days to ensure that a similar situation does not occur again. This move is likely a precautionary measure to avoid any further disciplinary action in the future.

In addition to DiSandro’s new role, the Eagles also announced several other changes and hires in their football operations and scouting department. Adam Berry, who is the brother of Browns General Manager Andrew Berry, has been promoted to vice president of football operations and strategy in the organization. These changes reflect the team’s commitment to improving and strengthening their overall operations for the upcoming season.
