Dubai real estate sales reach 13.34 billion dirhams in one week

During the current week, the Dubai real estate market saw total transactions amounting to 17.53 billion dirhams from 5,129 procedures, as reported by the “Dubai Rest” application of the Land Department. Sales activities achieved 13.34 billion dirhams through 4,182 deals. The Wadi Al Safa 7 region led the list in terms of sales volume with 1.51 billion dirhams from 246 deals, followed by Meaisem II with around 1.42 billion dirhams from 72 deals and Wadi Al Safa 5 with 1.03 billion dirhams from 252 sales.

The number of residential units sold reached 3,054 properties, with apartments comprising the largest share at 1,926 units. Villas recorded 436 unit sales, and land sales reached 692 transactions. Mortgages totaled 2.95 billion dirhams from 750 procedures, led by the Al Barsha 3 area with 752 million dirhams from one procedure. Donations reached 1.24 billion dirhams through 197 procedures, with Jaddaf Waterfront, Palm Jumeirah, and Jumeirah Beach Residence among the top areas for donations.
