Duchess of Sussex announces new lifestyle brand featuring a range of products from body lotion to gardening tools

The wife of British Prince Harry recently launched her new lifestyle brand by opening an Instagram page under the name American Riviera Orchard. Details about the brand are still scarce, with only a grainy video of flowers, Markle stirring a pot in a kitchen, and a woman in a black dress featured in the account’s Instagram stories. The bio simply states “by Meghan, Duchess of Sussex. Founded in 2024”. In less than two weeks, she has already amassed over half a million followers.

Reports suggest that Meghan’s trademark application indicates plans to sell household goods like towels and carafes, as well as food products. Additionally, there are hints that makeup, body lotions, shower gels, various soaps, bath salts, hand cream, fragrance oils, air fresheners, and non-medicated pet care products like shampoo and conditioner for pets may be added to the brand’s offerings. The scope of products also extends to lamps, garden tools, birdhouses, yoga mats, jewelry, stationery, pillows, cutlery, and more.

It remains unclear when the brand will officially launch and how it will operate. Meghan had previously run a lifestyle platform called The Tig, which she closed upon announcing her engagement to Prince Harry. This new brand expansion is said to encompass myriad products, catering to various needs and preferences. The breadth of products in Meghan’s new venture is extensive, offering a wide range of lifestyle items to her audience.
