EA Sports releases Top 25 rankings for college football offenses in 2024

In the upcoming 2024 college football season, transfer quarterback Dillon Gabriel is expected to boost Oregon’s offensive prowess, potentially making them one of the top teams in the nation. EA Sports recently unveiled their list of the Top 25 offenses in college football for 2024 as part of the promotion for their College Football 25 video game.

According to EA Sports’ power rankings system, Georgia secured the top spot with an impressive overall offensive team rating of 94 out of 100. Following closely behind is Oregon at No. 2 with the same rating, while Alabama, Texas, and Ohio State round out the top 5 with ratings of 91 and 89 respectively.

The full rankings provide a comprehensive look at the top offensive teams, with USC, Virginia Tech, Oklahoma, Florida State, and Central Florida starting the list and Georgia leading at the top. Each team’s offensive strength is denoted by their power ranking score in parentheses, with teams like Clemson, LSU, and Miami making the top 10.

Alabama and Auburn’s positions in EA Sports’ ‘Toughest Places to Play’ in college football were also revealed, showcasing the competitive landscape of the upcoming season.
