East Charlotte Business Hit by Car for Second Time in Half a Year

Early Wednesday morning, a car drove through the front glass of a car audio shop in east Charlotte, causing significant damage to the building. The incident took place at around 4:30 a.m. at Discount Car Audio on Milton Road near The Plaza. Video footage from the scene showed crime scene tape cordoning off the front of the building, with shattered glass windows visible. Additionally, a dark-colored car was seen being loaded onto a tow truck.

This is not the first time such an incident has occurred at this particular business. In December, just days before Christmas, another car crashed into Discount Car Audio during the early morning hours, resulting in a serious injury to a person. It appears that the shop has experienced multiple vehicle-related accidents in a short period of time, adding to the already substantial damage to the property.
