Eight former engineers who previously worked at SpaceX have filed a complaint against the company and its CEO, Elon Musk, alleging unfair dismissal. They claim they were fired after raising concerns about sexual harassment and sexism within the company. The complaint, filed in a Los Angeles court, accuses Musk of creating a sexist work environment by introducing inappropriate sexual images and comments.

The engineers believe they were retaliated against for speaking out against SpaceX’s failure to address sexual harassment. They have also taken legal action with the American Labor Inspectorate. SpaceX has denied any wrongdoing and stated that the engineers were terminated for violating company policies, with Musk not directly involved in the layoffs.

This is not the first time accusations of discrimination have been made against Musk’s companies, as Tesla has faced similar allegations in the past. Despite the controversy, the companies have not yet responded to the recent complaint filed by the former SpaceX engineers. The engineers’ attorney has emphasized that the dismissals were unjust and warrant legal action.
