LSU football has been focusing on building a strong 2025 recruiting class, but they have also started looking ahead to the 2026 cycle. Over the weekend, the Tigers secured commitments from defensive lineman Richard Anderson and receiver Jakai Anderson for the 2026 class. It appears that LSU is now targeting another top wide receiver in the upcoming class.

Jabari Mack, a highly ranked prospect from Destrehan, received a prediction in favor of LSU from On3’s Shea Dixon. Mack is ranked as the No. 6 player in Louisiana and the top receiver in the state. LSU has already secured a commitment from Anderson, who is ranked No. 7 in Louisiana and in the top 150 nationally for the 2026 class.
