There is no immediate deadline for any action to be taken, especially if the punishment involves 2025 draft picks, which would not need to be implemented until April of next year.

Despite the uncertainty surrounding the timing, there was a strong indication in last weekend’s report that both teams were going to face consequences, with the Falcons expected to receive a harsher punishment than the Eagles.
