Finalists for the 2024 Business of the Year announced by South Tampa Chamber

The South Tampa Chamber has revealed the contenders for the 2024 Business of the Year Awards. The awards are designed to acknowledge and celebrate members who have displayed leadership, growth, integrity, and a commitment to the community in operating their businesses.

A total of 24 businesses, organizations, and community leaders were chosen by a panel of judges from a pool of over 70 applicants. The finalists are divided into categories based on their size, focus, and social impact.

In the emerging category, businesses like 7th Sky, Pure Health & Hormone Center, and Planet Smoothie were recognized. Elevate Inc, Katpro Technologies, and Cogent Bank made it to the small business category, while HEALTH + GLOW primary care | med spa | iv lounge, Life Guard Imaging, and Integrated Security Consultants were finalists in the medium category.

For large businesses, companies like Next Level Brands, Lowes Commercial Painting, and Urban E Recycling were named. Nonprofit organizations such as Blue Star Families, Dress for Success Tampa Bay, and Children’s Cancer Center were acknowledged, along with Health + GLOW primary care | med spa | iv lounge, Katpro Technologies, and Integrated Security Consultants for minority-owned businesses.

The event will also celebrate innovation, socially funded businesses, young professionals, and business leaders. Additionally, Old Republic Title will receive the COMPASS Award for their leadership in various areas. The awards ceremony will take place on June 12 at the Westshore Grand hotel, where finalists in 10 categories will be honored.
