At 9:08am ET, LSU’s Malik Nabers was selected by the Giants at No. 6. Only a few minutes earlier, Jim Harbaugh and the Chargers decided to stay at No. 5 and chose Notre Dame’s Joe Alt. Marvin Harrison Jr. became the first wide receiver selected, going to the Cardinals at 8:54am ET. The Patriots made their pick at No. 3, selecting Drake Maye. The Washington Commanders selected Jayden Daniels at No. 2 overall at 8:42am ET. The first pick of the draft went to the Chicago Bears, who chose Caleb Williams at No. 1 overall at 8:36am ET. The Eagles and A.J. Brown reached an agreement on a three-year, $96 million extension at 8:34am ET.
