Free admission to the Denver Museum of Nature & Science this weekend – presented by 98.5 KYGO

As a father and husband in a family of five, finding affordable activities for the whole family can be quite difficult in today’s world. That’s why when I hear about deals like the one happening this weekend, I make sure to take advantage of them. This Sunday, the Denver Museum of Nature & Science and the Mexican Cultural Center are celebrating Día del Niño (the Day of the Child) with free admission to the museum.

In addition to free general admission for all visitors, the celebration will feature special performances, music, and activities for the entire family to enjoy. Guests can also take advantage of 50% off admission to the temporary exhibition “Orcas: Our Shared Future” and 50% off admission to Infinity Theater and Gates Planetarium showings throughout the day.

The museum has stated that tickets do not need to be reserved online in advance. Visitors can simply walk up between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to gain access to the Wildlife Halls or the permanent exhibitions. If you are unable to attend this free day, the museum will be offering free admission on select dates throughout the year.

These dates include June 4, June 19, August 21, September 10, September 30, November 2, November 18, and December 8. Please note that on these dates, admission is free only from 5 to 10 p.m. Make sure to mark your calendars and take advantage of these great opportunities for family fun at the museum.
