Franciscan Health Outpatient Therapy in Frankfort will be hosting a free fall prevention seminar this May. The seminar will feature Franciscan Health Doctor of Physical Therapy Ramil Reyes and Physical Therapy Assistant Mohamed Rashad. They will discuss how aging affects musculoskeletal and balance systems, provide tips on maintaining an active lifestyle, and reducing the risk of falls at home. Balance screenings and light refreshments will also be available during the event.
The seminar is scheduled for Monday, May 20 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Franciscan Health Outpatient Therapy in Frankfort, located at 10367 W. Lincoln Highway.
