The Norfolk Department of Public Health in Virginia is offering free STI testing every Tuesday in honor of National HIV Testing Day, which is observed annually on June 27. This initiative is designed to highlight the importance of testing and early diagnosis for HIV.
Testing will be conducted on a walk-in basis every Tuesday. In addition to HIV testing, the Norfolk Department of Health will also provide tests for Syphilis and Hepatitis C. Those interested in testing must not exhibit any symptoms, while those with symptoms can schedule an appointment by calling 757-683-2889.
The clinic, located at 830 Southampton Avenue in Norfolk, will be open for testing on Tuesdays from 1-3 p.m. and 4:30-6:30 p.m. More information can be found on Norfolk Public Health’s website or by contacting the Norfolk Department of Public Health at 757-683-2889.
