Isaac’s Sports Bar & Grill has opened in partnership with NextGen Golf in Bellevue, offering customers a unique dining and entertainment experience. Located at 1671 Hoffman Road, the restaurant took over the former space of The Back Nine Pizza & Pub, demonstrating an expansion of Isaac Beirne’s successful business ventures. Initially starting out in New Holstein, Beirne has worked hard to establish a local favorite in the small community by offering various activities such as birthday parties, live events, and fundraisers. Now, with the new location in Bellevue, he aims to replicate that success by providing quality food, drinks, and entertainment options.

Operating in collaboration with NextGen Golf, Isaac’s Sports Bar & Grill offers customers access to five golf simulators for playing and practicing. This partnership enhances the overall experience for guests, allowing them to enjoy both food and entertainment under one roof. While some changes were made to the restaurant’s interior and exterior signage, Beirne believes that the menu will be the biggest draw for customers. Promising “elevated” bar restaurant food, the menu features a variety of items such as chicken wings, wraps, quesadillas, sandwiches, soups, salads, pizza, and popular specials like $5 cheeseburgers on Thursdays and fish fry on Fridays.

Operating hours are from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday, with potential changes during football season.
