Users of the Samsung Find app can easily invite family members to view the location of shared devices or play ringtones to locate them. To increase the chances of finding lost devices using Samsung Find, users can remotely activate Power Saving mode to extend the battery life. This can be done through the ‘Settings’ > ‘Security and privacy’ > ‘Lost device protection’ menu.

The “Security and Privacy” control panel in the Samsung device allows users to fully manage their data and control who has access to it and how it is used. Users can view, create, and update application permissions, controls, and data sharing features all in one simple interface. The control panel also shows the safety status of security items that may be at risk.

In the ‘Settings’ > ‘Security & Privacy’ menu, users can change settings and manage potential security risks. The priority items, such as lock screen, account security, device loss protection with Find My Mobile, app security, and updates, are clearly displayed with color alerts indicating security issues.

The ‘Permission Manager’ and ‘Permission Usage’ settings allow users to easily manage which applications have access to their data, such as location, camera, or microphone. Users can view recently used permissions and see which applications have used a particular permission within the last 24 hours or 7 days.

Additionally, users can adjust features to enhance device privacy, like enabling or disabling Clipboard Access. By enabling this feature, users will receive notifications when an application accesses their clipboard.

Overall, the Security and Privacy control panel in Samsung devices provides users with a comprehensive way to manage their data, permissions, and security settings for a safer and more secure user experience.
