The U.S. Olympic Swimming Trials for the 2024 Paris Games will be broadcast live on NBC, NBCOlympics.com, the NBC Sports app, and Peacock from June 15-23 at the Indianapolis Colts’ Lucas Oil Stadium. Qualifying heats will be held at 11 a.m. ET daily, live on Peacock, while semifinals and finals will take place at 8 p.m. ET daily, airing live on NBC and Peacock. The broadcast schedule for the 2024 Olympic Swimming Trials includes qualifying heats on Peacock at 11 a.m., qualifying heats on USA Network at 6:30 p.m., and finals on NBC and Peacock at 8 p.m. Each day of the Trials will follow a similar schedule with various events happening throughout the week leading up to the finals on Sunday, June 23.
The top two athletes in each event are expected to make the Olympic team individually if they have met the Olympic qualifying time standard. Up to the top six may make the team in the 100m and 200m freestyle events for relay races. Swimmers like Katie Ledecky, Caeleb Dressel, Regan Smith, Kate Douglass, Ryan Murphy, and Carson Foster are among the strong candidates to make the U.S. Olympic team in multiple events. Katie Ledecky will be competing in the 200m, 400m, 800m, and 1500m freestyle events, while Caeleb Dressel will be in the 50m and 100m freestyle and the 100m butterfly events.
